What You’ll Do
- Complete unit turns with minimal contractor support in PSH properties
- Perform advanced drywall installation, patching, texturing, finishing, sanding, and repair work
- Handle carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general maintenance repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems
- Address water damage, wall restoration, and interior repair needs efficiently
- Perform preventive maintenance and maintain common areas and occupied units
- Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally, and in compliance with company standards and building codes
- Maintain maintenance documentation, inventory, and supply tracking
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of residential or apartment maintenance experience required
- Strong drywall experience is the primary requirement for this role
- Advanced skills in drywall finishing, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex maintenance issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete high-quality unit turns
- High school diploma or GED required (technical training or certifications are a plus)
- Valid driver’s license required
Additional Requirements
- On-call rotation required (24/7 including evenings, weekends, holidays)
- $60/month mobile phone allowance provided
