Summary Of Job Duties And Responsibilities Maintain, repair and make improvements to facilities as instructed. Maintaining good state of repair of campus facilities, qualify of work performed, proper care and maintenance of assigned tools and supplies. Thorough knowledge of safe working conditions. Maintains, repairs and installs walls, ceilings, doors, door hardware, cabinetry, glass, furnishings and various other work required in the upkeep of all facilities. Skills include carpentry, glass, brick, concrete, windows, door hardware, and signs. Other duties as assigned.
