Description Maintenance Technician – Apartments | $24–$28/hr + Full Benefits Location: Forest Grove, OR (Forestplace Apartment Homes) Schedule: Full-Time | Tuesday - Saturday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Why This Job? $24–$28 per hour Full benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k with match) Paid holidays, including your birthday $50/month phone stipend Mileage reimbursement Stable, full-time position Supportive, team-oriented work environment Non-Exempt position, eligible for overtime pay What You’ll Do Complete work orders (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances) Turn units between residents Maintain common areas and property grounds Perform basic landscaping (mowing, trimming) Assist with pool maintenance Keep the property clean, safe, and well-maintained Coordinate with the property manager on priorities What We’re Looking For 1-2+ years of maintenance experience (apartment experience preferred) Skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insuranceDependable and detail-oriented Team player who can also work independently About The Property Forestplace Apartment Homes is a well-maintained community where the maintenance team plays a key role in keeping residents satisfied and the property in excellent condition.
