Maintenance Technician II

About the role

Saratoga Bridges maintenance team keeps our Day Services locations and 17 homes safe and in working order. You will work on a wide range of tasks including patching and painting, fixing self-closing doors, and other maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and heating repairs
• Ensure all facilities are in good working condition
• Use tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements

• 4 or more years of experience in at least one of the following trades: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or heating
• Valid driver's license

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred
