Position Requirements
- One year with professional apartment management firm or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC.
- Working knowledge of grounds/common areas.
- Appliance repairs, service requests, and apartment preparation.
- Able to attend on-call after hour emergencies at least 3 days out of the week.
- Attend all Ovation Property Management maintenance training.
- Work weekends will be required/ must have reliable transportation.
- Drug Testing required and background check is mandatory.
- Dependable, punctual, proactive and must work well with others.
- Enthusiastic and with positive attitude.
Required Certifications
- Universal HVAC EPA certification.
- CPO (swimming pool) certified within 90 days of employment.

Pay and Schedule
- Salary: $21.00/hour.
- Schedule: 8-hour shift.
- Weekends required, both Saturday and Sunday.
