Maintenance Technician II

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Performs general plumbing, electrical, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) repairs to the facility’s equipment and structures.
• Assists in preparing vacant apartments to market ready condition as needed.
• Cleans conducts preventive maintenance to ensure that plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems continue operating properly.
• Responds to resident requests and work orders in a timely fashion and provides detailed notes.
• Performs general cleaning tasks in the facility.
• Performs snow removal including outside of regular business hours as needed.
• Maintains a professional and courteous attitude by providing exceptional customer service.
• Shares availability for emergency on-call.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
