You'll use your skills, judgment, and problem-solving abilities to keep our apartment community running smoothly. You Will Diagnose and complete repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and general maintenanceComplete service requests in occupied apartment homes efficiently and professionallyTroubleshoot problems and find solutions, not just temporary fixesPrepare apartments for new residents and make sure they're move-in readyComplete preventative maintenance to help catch problems before they become bigger onesHelp keep the property looking great, including curb appeal and seasonal grounds needsAccurately document and track work orders in our maintenance systemCommunicate professionally with residents, vendors, and your property teamParticipate in a rotating on-call schedule for urgent after-hours maintenance needsTake ownership of your work from start to finish
