Responsibilities

• Uses power tools and hand tools to perform repair and maintenance work.
• Respond to work orders using the online system by accepting, responding, communicating findings and closing the work order.
• Understand and follow safety standards.
• Perform minor and routine painting of walls, doors and other surfaces, both indoors and outdoors.
• Perform light to moderate repairs involving plumbing, electrical wiring, roof repair, light to moderate carpentry.
• Replace locks and glass.
• Move lighting fixtures and replace bulbs and ballast.
• Replace air conditioner filters.
• Check, lubricate, clean, and perform minor repairs to equipment and machines.
• Perform light assembly work.
• Assist in removal and destruction of designated bank records.
• Remove dirt, debris, snow and ice from sidewalks, parking lots and drives.
• Mow grass, trim shrubs, clean and maintain landscaped areas and flower beds.
• Assist in setting up and cleaning meeting rooms.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed.
• Assure proper maintenance is performed on vehicles assigned to maintenance department.
• Obtain bids on specified supplies and place orders as directed including estimating material and labor costs.
