What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform intermediate-level maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
- Complete work orders promptly and professionally, ensuring resident satisfaction.
- Support preventive maintenance schedules and record all work performed.
- Cookinate with vendors and contractors for specialized services.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Partner with team members and the Maintenance Supervisor to maintain operational excellence.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in property management or a related field.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- A valid driver’s license.
- HVAC and/or EPA Certification preferred but not required.

Pay Range
$21.00 - $25.60 per hour
