Maintenance Technician II (3rd shift)

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our Distribution team in Lavergne, TN. This role involves performing complex diagnostics and repairs on distribution center facilities and equipment, ensuring all equipment is maintained to OEM standards. The Technician will partner with leadership to support internal customers and the maintenance team.

Schedule

Sunday - Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
Overtime (OT) when required

Pay

$34.25 and up, depending on experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years in a facility maintenance position, with 2+ years in electrical repair
• 2 years conveyor maintenance and repair experience

Responsibilities

• Evaluates equipment failures and provides complex emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment
• Ensures repairs and equipment downtime do not negatively impact service level agreements
• Performs complex technical duties, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair of production/facility machines
• Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and services
• Performs regularly scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment
• Detects faulty operations, defective material, and makes necessary repairs; reports unusual situations to supervision
• Operates motorized equipment such as forklifts, order selectors, pallet jacks, floor sweepers, etc., as needed for repairs
• Complies with all safety regulations and maintains a clean and orderly work area
• Helps maintain documentation for facility and equipment
