PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide multi-skilled maintenance/electrical support focused on customer service, quality, cost and productivity in a TPM and CI environment
- Promote a safety culture
- Focused on developing maintenance skills and abilities
- Demonstrate respectful workplace behavior
- Continuing job-related education is required
- Operates Power Industrial Trucks (PIT)
Qualification And Skills Requirements
- Multi-skilled technician satisfied by demonstrated technical expertise in maintenance functions
- 2 year Associate Degree in a related field or equivalent past work experience
- Strong customer focus
- Basic PC skills (MS Windows)
- Must operate/be trained in the use of Power Industrial Trucks (PIT)
- Continued technical training required each year
- Basic project management skills (Elec)
- Mentor/coach/lead other technician
Physical Requirements
- Some heavy lifting required to replace motors, pumps, extruder screws, etc., at low frequency
- Equipment is provided to move / manipulate heavy components
- Occasionally squat, crawl, reach above shoulders, kneel and balance
- Requires repetitive action such as simple staring, grasping, firm grasping, and fine manipulating (includes right and left hands)
- Outside work required
- Working with various chemicals
- Working in confined space conditions
- Wearing the proper PPE
- Handling hazardous waste wearing the appropriate PPE
- Working near energized electric circuits
- Working near/on hot equipment/materials

PAY RANGE
$29.05 - $41.00
Culture And Benefits
- Profit Sharing: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate.
- Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
