About the Role
The Maintenance Technician I role at the Lancaster location provides support to the Maintenance team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance, quality, and safety throughout the plant. You’ll perform various functions including:
- Running food manufacturing processing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Performing facility/work area housekeeping duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies and procedures.
- Following work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality.
- Recognizing and reporting employee safety, food safety, and/or quality issues.
Competitive compensation: earn $33.25 per hour, including shift differential. Earn more with opportunities for additional overtime!
Schedule
This is a full-time permanent role, operating 6PM to 6AM on a rotating days/weeks schedule. Overtime may be available depending on the needs of the business.
Requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus.
- Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.
- The ability to work overtime and weekends.
