About the role

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve various maintenance issues
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Assist in the installation of new equipment
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve any maintenance issues
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts
  • Troubleshoot and install vacuum pumps, positive displacement pumps, centrifugal pumps, servo pumps (Hibr), AC/DC motors, and electrical components (relays, contractors, fuses, I/O modules)
  • Learn and retain knowledge of the basic work instructions for all unit operations by interacting with operators and engineers as needed to support troubleshooting activities
  • Collaborate with other team members to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks
  • Assist in the installation of new equipment activities and repairs
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of industrial experience
  • Industrial Mechanic and/or Electrical training
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role
  • Ability to use multimeters and general instrumentation (HMI, PLCs, remote I/O, etc.)
  • Ability to read and understand schematics/drawings, mechanical prints
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of CMMS (Limble)

Skills

  • Microsoft Office Excel, Word, etc.
