About the role
Responsible for supporting construction, remodeling, repair, and maintenance tasks across all facilities, vehicles, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist Maintenance Technician with work orders, remodeling, and ongoing projects.
- Drive to various locations to complete assigned tasks.
- Maintain routine upkeep of vehicles, heating/air units, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
- Provide feedback on project status and maintenance needs, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Maintain documentation such as work orders and billing records.
- Uphold confidentiality, adhere to HIPAA, and demonstrate professionalism aligned with core values.
- Support positive relationships with clients, staff, and community members.
- Stay current with training, licensing, and employment requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
- Ability to see, speak, hear clearly, and meet physical demands, including lifting at least 50 pounds.
- Good communication, basic literacy, and math skills.
- Willingness to travel and be on call as needed.
