Maintenance Technician I

About the role

Maintain and repair all building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire suppression systems. Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues in building systems
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks
• Respond to emergency calls as needed
• Document work performed and report findings

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience in building maintenance or related field
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to perform manual labor
