Key Responsibilities Assist with repairs in apartments and common areasSupport unit make-readies, painting, light plumbing, and cleaningHelp maintain tools, carts, and groundsChange locks, filters, and light fixtures as neededRespond to service requests and help with on-call emergenciesTrack supplies and report issues to Maintenance SupervisorFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Qualifications At least one year of general maintenance experience required; multifamily experience is a plus, but not required.Basic knowledge of tools, appliances, HVAC, and plumbingWillingness to learn and obtain certifications (CPO/HVAC)Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs. and work flexible hoursValid driver’s license and high school diploma (or equivalent)Strong attention to detail and work ethic Why Join Us?
