As a Maintenance Technician I at MVW, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together.

Responsibilities

• Performs Villa Care Preventive Maintenance tasks as assigned (e.g., basic painting; basic repairs such as replacing lightbulbs; temperature readings on appliances/HVAC, etc.)
• Performs minor building repairs as assigned
• Responds and attends to guest repair requests
• Performs general engineering-related inventory duties
• Participates in regular training for safety, technical knowledge, and career development as applicable
• Welcomes and greets guests and anticipates and addresses their needs
• Interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
• Contributes to team goals
• Follows company policies and safety procedures

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license may be required with at least one year of clean driving history
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items that weigh up to 50 lbs without assistance
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements

Pay

Hourly Rate: $34.61 • Hourly Wage: $34.61

$500 Sign-On Bonus for new hires (internal candidates, college programs, rehires and managers excluded). Payments issued in $250 increments at 90 and 180 days, paid on the following paycheck. Eligibility requires active employment and active performance of services on the applicable eligibility date.
