About the role
The Facilities & Maintenance team at Lifestyle Property Management (LPM) is seeking a skilled individual to enhance the living experience at one of our luxury apartment communities. This position involves managing facilities and maintenance operations, leading a team, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Completes resident work and service order requests in a timely manner, ensuring outstanding customer experiences.
- Assists with the upkeep of community grounds, clubhouses, buildings, pools, and other common areas, adhering to company quality standards.
- Cleans work areas, uses company tools and equipment according to safety guidelines, and maintains cleanliness of pet waste stations and performs pet waste removal, trash removal, or compaction as needed.
- Handles emergency service calls on a rotational basis and completes seasonal tasks like pool maintenance or snow removal during inclement weather.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of previous residential apartment or facilities management experience, or a combination of education and experience.
- Proven customer experience delivery, strong time management, attention to detail, and decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate tools and equipment safely.
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license and ability to operate company equipment, including golf carts and maintenance vehicles.
Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years of previous residential apartment or facilities management experience.
- Proven customer experience delivery.
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate tools and equipment safely.
