About the Role
Responsible for completing any construction or remodeling projects for HOH or its subsidiaries, as well as general repair and maintenance of all HOH facilities, vehicles, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Maintenance Technician in completing work orders submitted by HOH.
- Help with remodeling or maintenance of any work projects in progress at HOH.
- Drive to all HOH locations to complete assigned jobs.

- Serve in an on-call status unless other arrangements are made with the supervisor.
- Maintain a current routine maintenance plan for vehicles, HVAC units, lighting, fire alarm systems, etc.
- Assist the Maintenance Technician on all job assignments.
- Provide verbal and written feedback to update the status of current projects or maintenance needs.
- Maintain the operational efficiency of HOH vehicles and facilities.
- Keep all necessary documentation, including work orders and materials billing.
- Maintain positive working relationships with clients, programs, service providers, and parents/guardians.
- Uphold confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA in all program areas.
- Keep employment requirements up to date (e.g., attending classes, vaccination updates, insurance, driver’s license).

Requirements
- Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License.
- Must have dependable transportation.
- Must have proof and maintain automobile insurance.
- Must be able to see, speak, and hear clearly.
- Must successfully complete all required training.
- Must possess good communication skills, including basic reading, writing, and math.
- Must be able to meet the physical demands associated with general maintenance responsibilities, including consistently lifting a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Must be willing to travel and be on call.
