Maintenance Technician I

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting, and plumbing duties
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner
• Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
• Maintain company safety standards

Qualifications

We're looking for you if:

• You are punctual, dependable, and a self-starter
• You have experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance
• You are a team player

Some things we can't live without are:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and on-call as required
• High school diploma or equivalent
