Maintenance Technician I
Responsibilities
- Maintenance, operation, and repair of building and equipment throughout the facility
- Performing preventative maintenance
- Work including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, pneumatic tube, painting, carpentry
- FL Driver's License
- Experience required: 1 year in maintenance
- PREFERRED: 1 year maintenance in hospital-related field
- Education Required: High School or Equivalent
- Preferred: Technical Licenses
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to work on a team
- Organizational Skills
- Computer Skills appropriate to the position
- Time management skills
- Use hand and power tools
