Maintenance Technician I

Responsibilities

• Maintain all facilities and property.
• Perform general upholstery work and maintenance, including furniture and table games layouts.
• With guidance from supervisory personnel, complete painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other maintenance tasks required for property upkeep.
• Follow the preventive-maintenance schedule.
