Ingram Content Group (ICG) is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join our Manufacturing team in Roseburg, OR. This role involves performing complex diagnostics and repairs for distribution center facilities and equipment, ensuring all machinery is maintained to OEM standards.

About the Role

Under limited supervision, the Technician will partner with leadership to support internal customers and the maintenance team, performing diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate equipment failures and perform complex emergency/unscheduled repairs to minimize downtime and meet service level agreements.
  • Perform technical duties including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production/facility machines.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and services.
  • Conduct regularly scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Detect faulty operations, defective materials, and make necessary repairs; report unusual situations to supervision.
  • Operate motorized equipment such as forklifts, order selectors, pallet jacks, floor sweepers, etc., for driving and repairs.
  • Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Maintain documentation for facility and equipment.
  • Demonstrate a general understanding of facility electrical wiring, power distribution, mechanical functions, and applications.
  • Read and understand electrical schematics, prints, and perform electrical troubleshooting with knowledge of AC/DC control wiring and relay logic.
  • Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment with a basic understanding of PLC.
  • Utilize computer skills and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) proficiently.
  • Apply knowledge of servo, hydraulic, and pneumatically actuated equipment.
  • Use INFOR-EAM or comparable Maintenance Management Systems.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1 year of experience as a technician in a production or manufacturing environment, or equivalent year-for-year directly related education.

Schedule

Starting schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – Midnight. Must be flexible to transition to a possible 12-hour shift after onboarding.

Pay

$30.25 per hour and up, depending on experience.
