Maintenance Technician- HVCA Certified

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests in a timely manner, including, air conditioning HVAC, electrical, plumbing and pool-related repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Identify hazardous conditions and address them immediately.
• Delivers communication and notices to residents as needed.
• Provide the best quality customer service to our residents.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Assist with maintaining property standards during seasonal weather conditions.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification preferred; boiler license a plus.
• Training opportunities available for motivated candidates.
• 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with residents, vendors, contractors, and management.
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required.
