About the role
Tryfacta is seeking a Maintenance Technician (HVAC) for a 6+ month temporary contract assignment in Baltimore, MD. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in HVAC, HVAC-R, refrigeration, steam fitting, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
Responsibilities
- Perform intermediate-level HVAC, HVAC-R, and steam fitting maintenance work
- Conduct preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems
- Install and operate HVAC equipment throughout the Camden Yards Sports Complex
- Provide guidance to maintenance staff as needed
- Cover events for sports and campus activities
Requirements
- Current Refrigerant Recovery Certificate (EPA certification)
- Maryland HVAC Apprentice or Journeyman License, or currently enrolled in/graduated from an accredited HVAC certification program
- Valid Maryland Driver’s License for assigned duties
Pay
$35/hr W2 (all-inclusive)
