Maintenance Technician - Huff Gardens

Qualifications

• Full-time and on-call position
• Must be able to function in an on-call capacity
• Reliable transportation
• Basic mathematical and computer skills
• Fluency in English; bilingual a plus
• Good time management skills
• Minimum 2 years’ experience performing maintenance tasks in an apartment development or comparable position
• Knowledge in REAC and other regulatory inspections a plus
• Experience with work orders, preventative maintenance, and TCAC inspections helpful
