Maintenance Technician - HRC Waikiki

Responsibilities

• Plumbing Troubleshooting
• Painting/Drywall
• Air Filter Change Outs and Coil Cleaning/Washing

Skills

• General woodworking and repair knowledge
• Understand fire panel operation and respond in an alarm condition
• Basic plumbing/repairs
• Basic trouble shooting skills for kitchen and restaurant equipment
• Basic electrical repairs and ability to identify/perform breaker resets
• Ability to learn the energy management system and adjust temperature

Physical Demands

• Move throughout the corporate office and cafes during visits (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods of time
• Sit for extended periods of time
• Make repeating movements of the arms, hands, and wrists
• Express or exchange ideas verbally and perceive sound by ear
• Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work with hand above shoulders
• Occasionally, regularly, frequently move objects (lift, push, pull, balance, carry) up to 10 pounds
• Turn or twist body parts in a circular motion
• Tolerate exposure to heat, cold, chemicals, and loud/noisy environment
• Travel via auto or airplane for long periods of time

• Must be able to work independently without close supervisor
