Maintenance Technician - Hospitality

What You Bring

• High school diploma/GED
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft office, etc.)
• Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
• Must have a flexible schedule with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must work well in a team environment
• 2 years of building maintenance or experience in a related field preferred
• HCAV, Appliance, or Electrical certifications preferred

What Will You Do

• Ensures that work order requests are responded to promptly and professionally.
• Completes diagnoses and repairs in the areas of HVAC, appliances, electrical, plumbing, pool equipment, carpentry, dry wall, exterior of building and grounds.
• Schedules, monitors and performs preventative maintenance on all building equipment.
• Ensures all unit turnovers are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provides excellent customer service to all guests to promote a quality living experience for all guests.
• Provides on-call services when scheduled to perform emergency maintenance work.
• Oversees contractor work for proper completeness.
• Communicates with supervisor regarding the overall maintenance function of the property.
• Complies with all Company National Standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
