Maintenance Technician - Heritage, Lee, & Lincoln

About the role

The Maintenance Technician position at Cohen-Esrey Communities, LLC. involves regular travel between assigned properties at Lincoln Heights, Heritage Manor, and Lee Townhomes in Hastings, NE.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner
• Prepare vacant units for new resident move-ins
• Ensure customer fulfillment through superior customer service

Qualifications

• Maintenance Experience
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly
• Valid Driver's License
• Basic tools required, including personal smart phone technology
• Knowledge of property management systems and processes
• Prior painting, plumbing, and electrical experience preferred
• Reliable transportation with access to a vehicle suitable for safely transporting ladders & other maintenance equipment

Compensation

Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience. The range is $20-$23 per hour.

Schedule

Regular travel between properties is required.
