Maintenance Technician - Healthcare Facility
Responsibilities
The Maintenance Technician will keep our property looking its best by:
- Repairing and maintaining buildings and grounds, including painting, carpentry, drywall repair, and caring for the swimming pool and its equipment.
- Performing preventative maintenance, inspecting, testing, and servicing machinery and equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation.
- Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems that keep our facility running efficiently.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of one to three years related experience and/or training.
- A valid driver’s license.
