Maintenance Technician / Handyman
About the role
R&R Facilities is looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician / Handyman for their buildings in Gravette.
Responsibilities
- Yard & Grounds: Mowing, weed eating, trimming, and keeping the outside areas clean.
- General Repairs: Doing light fix-it jobs and repairs inside and outside the buildings.
- Safety Checks: Checking buildings and machines monthly to make sure everything is safe.
- Reporting: Let the manager know if you find a big problem that needs a specialist.
- Record Keeping: Keep simple notes on the maintenance work you finish.
Requirements
- Experience: 2 or more years of handyman or maintenance work is preferred.
- Tool Skills: You know how to use power tools and lawn equipment safely.
- Physical Strength: You must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work on your feet for long periods.
- Driver's License: You must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Safety: You must follow safety rules (OSHA/EPA) to keep yourself and others safe.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work some weekends or holidays if needed.

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule
You should be able to work some weekends or holidays if we need extra help.
