Duties
- Handling routine work orders and emergency maintenance requests
- Maintain and repair basic plumbing issues
- Install appliances
- Perform basic grounds keeping
- Clean vacant units and general facilities
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in a maintenance/construction related field desired
- Must be available for 'On Call'
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform other physically demanding tasks
- Commitment to safety and quality work
