Maintenance Technician / Handyman
Duties
- Handling routine work orders and emergency maintenance requests
- Maintain and repair basic plumbing issues
- Install appliances as needed
- Perform basic grounds keeping tasks
- Clean vacant units and maintain common areas
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in a maintenance/construction related field preferred
- Available for 'On Call' work
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
