Maintenance Technician / Handyman

Duties

• Handling routine work orders and emergency maintenance requests
• Maintain and repair basic plumbing issues
• Install and replace appliances
• Perform basic grounds keeping tasks
• Clean vacant units and facilities

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance/construction related field desired
• Available for 'On Call' work
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to lift, bend, and perform physically demanding tasks
• Commitment to safety and high-quality work
