Maintenance Technician / Handyman

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance and cleaning of equipment (i.e. HVAC System and Air Compressor Filters).
• Can perform basic plumbing maintenance and repairs.
• Can perform basic electrical repairs.
• Can perform basic Handyman functions.
• Is involved with, and documents regular facilities inspections.
• Recommends maintenance initiatives to supervisors.
• Provides assistance to other team members.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years’ experience with building maintenance or Handyman experience
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to coordinate a variety of different projects and on-going assignments
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
• Flexible with work schedule
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record with the ability to operate a truck safely and efficiently

Qualifications

• Must pass background screening (incl. criminal background check, review of consumer & motor vehicle records, verification of SSN)
• Employment is on an at-will basis & subject to termination if dealership rules & regulations are violated

Pay

Potential Earning Based on Experience $60K-65K
