Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
• Respond promptly to guest service requests and maintenance work orders.
• Aid in preventive maintenance programs to ensure proper functioning of all systems.

Qualifications

• A flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays is expected.
