Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks/assignments as instructed
• Maintain, and complete the preventive maintenance program
• Monitor work orders effectively utilizing the Quore program
• Ensure the public spaces and guest rooms are properly maintained
• Complete assigned work orders efficiently and effectively
• Maintain property grounds and curb appeal

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required
• Prior experience is preferred
• Must be able to work in a collaborative environment
