About the role
Blue Flame Management is seeking the Best Maintenance person in the city for their hotels. They manage three properties on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne: the Hampton Inn Dupont, the Hilton Garden Inn, and Home2 Suites North (a dual property location).
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks/assignments as instructed
- Maintain and complete the preventive maintenance program
- Monitor work orders effectively using the Quore program
- Ensure proper maintenance of public spaces and guest rooms
- Complete assigned work orders efficiently and effectively
- Maintain property grounds and curb appeal
- Experience with HVAC, electrical, pool maintenance, boiler/chiller maintenance, and plumbing is required
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- Prior experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment is necessary
