Maintenance Technician - Grounds/Facility

About the role

Responsible for maintaining grounds and facilities in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and facilities including landscaping, cleaning, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and painting.
• Respond to emergency situations as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related experience in grounds or facility maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong physical fitness and stamina.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment.

Skills

• Proficient in using lawn mowers, trimmers, and other maintenance tools.
• Experience with landscaping and horticulture.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.

Pay

• $18.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM.
