Maintenance Technician - Future Opportunities (All Shifts)

What You'll Do:
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment
- Performing preventive maintenance and conducting safety checks
- Supporting facility repairs such as plumbing, painting, drywall, and general upkeep
- Collaborating with the maintenance team to resolve recurring equipment problems
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and Tosca’s internal safety protocols
- Following Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures with precision and consistency
What We Are Looking For:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of mechanical and electrical maintenance experience
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of OSHA safety practices, including LOTO
- Electrical experience with schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic
- Mechanical experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and industrial controls
- Boiler or MIG/TIG welding experience is a plus
- Ability to work overtime as needed
Work Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM–7:30 AM (Sun–Thu)
