MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN FULL TIME FOR HOSPITAL
About the role
We are seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician at AMG Physical Rehabilitation Hospital – Lafayette. The position reports to the CEO or Plant Operations Manager and involves performing all maintenance duties associated with the physical plant and assisting with construction/remodeling projects.
Responsibilities
- Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of physical plant operations, maintenance, and safety.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Assist with construction and remodeling projects as directed.
- Respond to evening and weekend calls as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with some college or trade school.
- Skills needed to perform tasks outlined in job description.
- Ability to load/unload equipment.
- Available for evening and weekend call.
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to read, understand, and demonstrate knowledge of the hospital's safety program.
- Ability to work with others courteously.

Must have the skills needed to perform the tasks outlined in this job description and demonstrate the ability to learn them.
