Maintenance Technician – Full Time AM positions available
Overview
This role offers a Day shift from 6am-6pm, with a 2 / 2 / 3 shift schedule. You will work with the Maintenance team to complete building repairs, equipment installation, troubleshooting, and installation, fulfill assigned work orders, and handle unforeseen repairs promptly. You will adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to manage inventory, perform preventative maintenance, and maintain good housekeeping, ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental laws and regulations. Key Areas of Operations
- Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.
- Install and maintain pipe systems, hydraulic, steam, and pneumatic equipment.
- Repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, pumps, mechanical seals, and other related equipment.
- Perform building maintenance including minor plumbing, welding, and general upkeep.
What You'll Need to Be Successful
- Preferred certification of Vocational School or Journeyman card in Millwright or Maintenance Technician.
- 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing within a maintenance-related position.
- Demonstrate basic technical knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Stainless Steel Welding/Fabrication, Piping systems, PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), Process equipment, Personal Computing.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26 - $37 per hour, depending on experience and certifications.
