Now Hiring Full-Time Maintenance Technician — 3 Mobile Home Parks Columbia, MO Regal Creekwood & Regal Richland Heights On-site Full-Time $60,000 – $65,000 / year Maintenance Role Overview Regal Communities is seeking an experienced full-time Maintenance Technician to support three manufactured home communities in Columbia, MO, including Regal Creekwood and Regal Richland Heights. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for day-to-day repairs, upkeep, and coordination with vendors to ensure our parks remain safe, clean, and welcoming for residents. Key Responsibilities Fix water and sewer leaks.Perform park grounds and area upkeep, landscaping, and general exterior maintenance.Coordinate with vendors and oversee projects at the communities.Maintain community equipment in good working order.Work closely with the Property Manager to prioritize and complete work orders. Schedule 40 hours per week, full-time. Compensation Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year, based on experience.
