Maintenance Technician for a Mobile Home Park

Key Responsibilities

• Fix water and sewer leaks.
• Perform park grounds and area upkeep, landscaping, and general exterior maintenance.
• Cook up with vendors and oversee projects at the communities.
• Maintain community equipment in good working order.
• Work closely with the Property Manager to prioritize and complete work orders.

Schedule

40 hours per week, full-time.

Compensation

Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year, based on experience.

• The Maintenance Technician will be a team player and work closely with the Property Manager in a fast-paced, growing environment, reporting directly to the Property Manager.

• Plumbing (must have)
• Carpentry
• Minor electrical
• Mechanical aptitude
• General equipment maintenance

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work at communities in Columbia, MO.
• Some of your own minor tools.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate with the Property Manager.
