Maintenance Technician - Foam D Shift

About the role

Morrison Cup Solutions is a fast-growing Oklahoma City–based foodservice packaging company focused on making branded cups the simplest way for America’s small and medium retailers to market themselves. We are seeking a dedicated, mechanically inclined full-time Maintenance Technician to support our Foam department.

Schedule

Day shift with a rotating schedule:

• Week 1: Thursday – Saturday, 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM
• Week 2: Monday – Wednesday & Sunday, 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Preventive Maintenance Schedules for all equipment and machines
• Perform routine maintenance on offset printers used for printing plastic, paper, and Styrofoam cups
• Maintain mechanical paper cup wrappers and bagging equipment
• Service lathe and mill equipment, warehouse equipment, and other machinery
• Ensure common parts are on hand to minimize repair time
• Reduce machine downtime through proactive troubleshooting and repair
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Requirements

• Dependable and punctual
• 1–3 years’ experience in a related maintenance position
• Mechanically inclined with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working on molding equipment is a plus
• Capable of effectively presenting information to internal and external groups
