Maintenance Technician – Fluids Management

We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: About the role? There's a paragraph about company and why work at FEUER (benefits). There's Position Summary (maybe About the role). There's Key Responsibilities (list). There's Required Qualifications (list). There's Preferred Qualifications (list). There's Physical / Travel Requirements (list). There's Benefit Highlights (list). There's no explicit Pay or Schedule. So we should not create Pay or Schedule sections. Also we should not repeat job title as heading. The job title is Maintenance Technician – Fluids Management. Not to be used as heading. We need to decide which sections to include: About the role (maybe Position Summary). Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities). Requirements (maybe Required Qualifications). Qualifications (maybe Preferred Qualifications). Skills? Could combine but we have separate sections for Required and Preferred. Could also have Benefits (Benefit Highlights). Also maybe Physical / Travel Requirements could be a section (maybe under Requirements or separate). The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose among those. We need to include a section only when posting has real specific content for it. So we can include About the role (Position Summary). Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities). Requirements (Required Qualifications). Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications). Benefits (Benefit Highlights). Possibly Skills? Not explicitly separate; we could embed skills in qualifications. But we could also create a Skills section if there is content like "Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude" etc. However those are in Required Qualifications. Might be better to keep as Requirements and Qualifications. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from the posting, but we can format them into appropriate sections. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. At end there is EEO statement; we should remove that. Also "FEUER powertrain North America, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE)..." remove. Also maybe "If you need assistance..." remove. Also remove duplicated lines: maybe some repeated benefit lines appear both in "Why Work at FEUER..." and "Benefit Highlights". We need to preserve all substantive information but not duplicate. So we should combine? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." If we remove duplicate lines, we might lose some info but duplicates are same info; we can keep one instance. Likely acceptable. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's extract content: Company intro: "FEUER Powertrain North America is the U.S. subsidiary of a leading German crankshaft manufacturer, producing two out of every three crankshafts worldwide for premier automotive brands including Mercedes-Benz, GM, BMW, Volkswagen, Audi, Renault, Jaguar, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin, Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, and many others. At our North American facility, we manufacture high-precision crankshafts for customers such as Mercury Marine, Polaris, and other industry leaders. At FEUER Powertrain, our employees are the foundation of our success. We are committed to providing a safety-focused workplace, competitive compensation, career advancement opportunities, and long-term professional development. If you have an exceptional attitude, outstanding work ethic, and want to be part of a team producing high-precision crankshafts for leading global automotive and powersports manufacturers - We invite you to apply and build your career with FEUER Powertrain." Then "Why Work at FEUER Powertrain North America? FEUER values the health, wellness, and financial security of every employee by offering:" then list benefits. Then "Position Summary The Maintenance Technician – Fluids Management monitors and maintains machine fluid levels and quality, distributing and keeping accurate records of fluid usage by machine and performing maintenance on the grinding and drilling oil filtration systems as needed. This position regularly interfaces with Purchasing, Process Engineering, and plant leadership to drive visibility to machine issues and advise necessary maintenance based on trends." Then "Key Responsibilities" list. Then "Required Qualifications" list. Then "Preferred Qualifications" list. Then "Physical / Travel Requirements" list. Then "Benefit Highlights" list (some overlapping with earlier benefits). Then EEO statement to remove. We need to map to sections: About the role: Could combine company intro + Position Summary? Or maybe About the role = Position Summary. The company intro is more about company; could be considered About the role? Usually About the role is a brief description of the job. We'll use Position Summary as About the role. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities. Requirements: Required Qualifications. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications. Skills: Not separate; maybe we could include a Skills section pulling out skill-related items from Required Qualifications (basic math skills, mechanical aptitude, ability to read technical docs, basic computer skills, MS Office, attention to detail, manual dexterity, recordkeeping, reliable, self-starting, ethical). But those are already in Required Qualifications. To avoid duplication, we could keep Requirements and Qualifications and not Skills. Benefits: Benefit Highlights (maybe also include the earlier "Why Work at..." list). We'll combine them, ensuring no duplication. Schedule: Not present, so omit. Pay: Not present, omit. Physical / Travel Requirements: Could be a section but not in the list of allowed headings? The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Physical / Travel Requirements is not in that list, but we could incorporate into Requirements or maybe a separate section not listed? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying those are examples, not exclusive? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. So we should not create a heading for Physical / Travel Requirements; we could fold that content into Requirements or Qualifications. Probably best to put under Requirements (maybe as a sub-list). But we must preserve all substantive information; we can include it under Requirements as a bullet list. Similarly, we might need to include "Physical / Travel Requirements" content under Requirements. Now we need to format lists with
  • . For prose, use

. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:
