Maintenance Technician - Facilities & Maintenance

Essential Job Functions

• Make general plumbing, electrical, and structural repairs.
• Vacuum, wax floors, sweep and use necessary equipment.
• Remove trash and other items as needed.
• Clean using proper solvents.
• Lift heavy objects as needed.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED.

Work Environment

• Exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to: second hand smoke, excessive noise, and constant interaction with the general public.
• Frequent standing, walking, reaching with hands and arms, talking or hearing, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• The work environment is hectic, fast-paced, and often crowded and noisy.
