About the Role
Article Student Living is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to ensure our established standards for safety, appearance, and all maintenance operations at our property. You will maintain the outlook of the grounds, community areas, and overall curb appeal while providing professional service to residents. Daily responsibilities will vary based on community needs.
Responsibilities
- Support the Maintenance Supervisor in ensuring a safe environment for staff and residents
- Resolve issues that may arise in the building and property community
- Provide suggestions for opportunities to improve efficiency
- Serve on-call during certain times of the month
Requirements
- 1+ years of related maintenance or construction work experience
- Customer service focused
- Maintained personal appearance and professionalism
