Responsibilities
- Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments
- Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry items
- Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly
Requirements
- At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
- Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
- Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks
Physical & Technical Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems, etc.)
- Ability to drive a golf cart
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Background check required

Pay
Pay: $22/hour (and up, depending on experience). Additional compensation includes: on-call pay ($150/week), holiday on-call pay ($150 per holiday), and quarterly bonus (up to $980 based on property and team performance).
Schedule
Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours/week). Participation in a rotating emergency on-call schedule with the team.
