What We Offer Our Maintenance Technicians Pay: $22/hour (and up, depending on experience)On-call pay:$150/week (calls or no calls)Additional $150 per holiday on-callQuarterly bonus: Up to $980 based on property and team performanceBenefits:Rent discountPTO, paid holidays, birthday time offMedical, dental, vision401(k) with company matchEmployee Assistance ProgramReferral program Maintenance Technician - EPA Certified Schedule Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours/week)Participation in a rotating emergency on-call schedule with the team What You’ll Be Doing as a Maintenance Technician Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartmentsAssist with apartment turns and make-readiesTroubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry itemsHelp maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areasWork collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly What We’re Looking For In Our Maintenance Technicians At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experienceEPA Certification (Type II or Universal)Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experienceStrong customer service mindset and pride in your workAbility to work independently while being a reliable team playerComfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks Physical & Technical Requirements of a Maintenance Technician Reliable transportationComfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems, etc.)Ability to drive a golf cartAbility to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-roundAbility to climb stairs and laddersExperience using hand and power toolsBackground check required Why Weinstein Properties We own and manage our communities, which means: Consistent standardsSupportive leadershipReal opportunities for advancement Many of our team members grow their careers here—and we actively support that growth.
