We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Elevate at Discovery Park, in Tempe, AZ! Responsibilities

• Cleaning grounds, offices, common areas
• Completing maintenance service requests
• Appliance repairs
• Painting
• Apartment turnovers
• Taking emergency calls

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200‑unit property
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.)
• Customer service attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment
• Reliable transportation is a must
• Availability to work on‑call rotation
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties
